Welcome to Congregation Beth David

Congregation Beth David is an egalitarian, conservative tradition-based synagogue comprised of families and individuals striving to create an atmosphere of warmth, mutual concern, and fellowship, so that our synagogue and Hebrew School may be a place of celebration and learning. We welcome all to our vibrant multi-generational community where we focus to meet the diverse spiritual, religious, educational and social needs of our members and the community-at-large.

School Supplies Collection for Dorcas International

CBD’s Tikkun Olam Committee has partnered with Dorcas International of RI to collect school supplies to support the education of refugees, immigrants and ESL students served by Dorcas International. Dorcas’ mission is to “cultivate an inclusive community for immigrants and those seeking refuge by providing integrated services, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and nurturing strong partnerships.”

Among the items Dorcas is hoping to collect are backpacks, notebooks, binders, crayons, pens and pencils, pencil cases, markers, scissors, and glue sticks. A bin will be located at the rear of CBD for donations.
